Trans Poland 2014

Between 05 - November 7, 2014 at the International Fair of Transport and Logistics Trans Poland 2014 which took place in Warsaw.

They were the first fair in which we participated as an exhibitor. Our stand was situated a really big zaineterosowaniem which in turn resulted in winning new kontrachentów and effective and customs and presenting a reminder on a wide transport market. This year, we received a CEMT - new permission - with the possibility of transporting from Italy to Russia.

TRANSFORMATION INTO LIMITED PARTNERSHIP COMPANY

On August 1, 2018, the Court made an entry for the transformation of our company AG-TRANS Agnieszka Kraszewska Limited Company into a Limited Partnership Company.

This was the last phase of our transformation.

Due to the above, our name has changed, from today the correct name is:

Transformation into LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY

From 21 December 2017, the transformation of our business activity under the business name: AG-TRANS Agnieszka Kraszewska (NIP: 762- 111- 65- 18, REGON: 550040901) into a limited liability company, whose company received the following wording: AG-TRANS Agnieszka Kraszewska Limited Liability Company. The transformation was carried out in accordance with the provisions of art. 551 § 5 and art. 5841 - 58413 of the Code of Commercial Companies.
