Information Letter

 

Dear Sir and Madam,

 

I would like to kindly inform you that as of 21 December 2017, the transformation of my business activity under the business name: AG-TRANS Agnieszka Kraszewska (NIP: 762- 111- 65- 18, REGON: 550040901) into a limited liability company, whose company received the following wording: AG-TRANS Agnieszka Kraszewska Limited Liability Company. The transformation was carried out in accordance with the provisions of art. 551 § 5 and art. 5841 - 58413 of the Code of Commercial Companies.

 

It should be noted that in accordance with article 5842 of the Code of Commercial Companies, the transformation process involves the transition to a transformed company of all rights and obligations of the transformed entrepreneur, both in substantive and procedural law, which are related to business. This means, in particular, that the content of the legal relations of the transformed entrepreneur that connects him with third parties does not change. Therefore, there is no need for the transformed company to conclude new agreements with entities with which the transformed entrepreneur would combine contractual relations or conclude annexes to such agreements. In addition, constituted in art. 5841 of the Code of Commercial Companies, succession also includes the rights and administrative obligations of the transformed entrepreneur, including in particular permits, concessions and concessions that were granted to the entrepreneur before its transformation.

 

Due to the content of the provisions cited above, it should be stated that the change in the legal form of my business does not affect the continuation of this activity or the existing relationship with you. On the day of transformation of ex lege, AG-TRANS Agnieszka Kraszewska Limited Liability Company. became a continuator of the agreement binding you so far with me as a transformed entrepreneur.

 

Below I am indicating the data of the transformed Company, asking for making changes in your registers and records:

 

Ag-Trans Agnieszka Kraszewska Limited Liability Company (formerly: Agnieszka Kraszewska running a business under the name of AG-TRANS Agnieszka Kraszewska) based in Niemiry, address: Niemiry 71, 07-221 Brańszczyk, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000710280, REGON: 369041585, tax identification number: 7622004193.
